Kylie Bechberger, Co-Director of Pioneering Women, got her start in the film industry in 2009 as an intern at Entertainment One, and shortly after, she moved into the Theatrical Sales department booking a variety of films in theatres across Canada.

Kylie is now the Director of Distribution at Vortex Media and is responsible for film sales across all windows, not only theatrical. Kylie has great passion for the industry, loves working with partners and building on those relationships across the country. She started volunteering with Pioneering Women back in 2011 and has made an immeasurable contribution to the planning of our events since officially joining the committee. She always looks forward to all of our exciting events (many of which she spearheaded) with great enthusiasm!!

When not working, Kylie enjoys playing sports, being with friends and working towards her second degree black belt.
